Who comprises the members of the PDCE HOA?
There are two (2) categories of PDCE HOA, Inc. members: Voting and Non-Voting members. voting members own platted lots within the stated boundaries of PDCE HOA, Inc. Non-voting members are road usage only property owners that must access the private roads of the PDCE HOA, Inc.
What is the fiscal year of the PDCE HOA?
September 1st - August 31st
What are annual property dues and when are they due?
The annual dues for each member (voting and non-voting) property owner are $200 per lot owned as reflected in the Potter-Randall County Appraisal District's website. Secondary lots that adjoin the primary lots are $100 per year. Secondary lots that are not adjoining to the primary lot are $200 per year.

Annual dues are due on or before September 1st each year. Dues Invoices are mailed in May/June and can be paid by mail or beginning in 2025, online.
What fees can I expect when selling or refinancing my home?
There are no resale, refinancing and/or transfer fees on PDCE HOA, Inc. property.

What Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions apply to property located in Palo Duro Canyon Estates?
The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CCRs"), also referred to as "deed restrictions", are generally uniform throughout the neighborhood but may vary slightly based upon the "Unit" the property is situated in. The legal description contained in the conveyance of your property will set forth the Unit where your property is located or you may search by owner name or address for a property (and corresponding legal description) using the search features available through the Potter-Randall County Appraisal District website (www.prad.org). Once the property is determined you may refer to the applicable CCRs below:
