About Palo Duro Canyon Estates Homeowners Association
The Palo Duro Canyon Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. (PDCE HOA, Inc.) was organized in January 2016 as a Texas nonprofit corporation under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act.

The primary mission of the Association is to enforce and carry out the terms of the PDCE HOA, Inc. By-Laws and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The PDCE HOA also helps foster community among its residents, while helping protect the interests of all homeowners collectively.

Originally, PDCE was part of the Marshall Estates development. PDCE is a beautiful neighborhood located on the western rim of Palo Duro Canyon and adjoins The Palo Duro Canyon Texas State Park in Randall County. PDCE homeowners are focused on building neighborhood friendships, and protecting the natural beauty of the flora, wildlife and land for all to enjoy.

This community HOA strives to treat each other with dignity and respect and focus on collective issues which need to be addressed.

Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
