The Palo Duro Canyon Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. (PDCE HOA, Inc.) was organized in January 2016 as a Texas nonprofit corporation under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act.

The primary mission of the Association is to enforce and carry out the terms of the PDCE HOA, Inc. By-Laws and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The PDCE HOA also helps foster community among its residents, while helping protect the interests of all homeowners collectively.​
